Ingredients

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup whole grain mustard
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 lb brussel sprouts, cleaned and trimmed

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together honey, both mustards, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breast in marinade and let it sit for about 3 hours or overnight.
